By email, video, phone or in person, we discuss your needs, business personality, objectives, target audience. You'll receive a quote based on how long I believe the job will take. Unless the job parameters change mid-process, that quote will act as a ceiling price. In other words, the ultimate price for your job, start to finish, is what I quote or less.
Depending on the size of the job and your timeline, initial proofs arrive to your inbox within 5 business days of when I have the go-ahead. At that point I respond to feedback, discuss changes and tweak the job until it represents you in a way that you can embrace it and be inspired by it on a daily basis.
Once approved, your files will be finalized and delivered electronically in formats ready for print, silkscreen, embroidery or any other forms for promotional usage. Websites will be uploaded and tested. You pay at the job's completion when you receive a detailed invoice via email. (For long-term jobs, invoicing will happen monthly)
